Charminster Drive, Crumpsall

This site was acquired in May 2009 with planning consent for 99 number 1&2 bed apartments.

Kingsley re-worked the planning to achieve 35 number – 2,3 & 4 bedroom semi-detached homes.

Construction started in 2012 for the delivery of the housing under a design & build contract for Great Places Housing Group. The construction, handover and defect liability period completed in Sept 2014 and the scheme is now fully occupied.

Springfield Avenue, Crumpsall

The site was acquired in April 2012. Located close to North Manchester General Hospital these traditional family homes were finished to a high standard and interest was strong.

This small development of three bedroom semi-detached properties was completed in Jan 2014 with all properties selling and being occupied in July & November 2014.
