Description

This site was acquired in May 2009 with planning consent for 99 number 1&2 bed apartments.

Kingsley re-worked the planning to achieve 35 number – 2,3 & 4 bedroom semi-detached homes.

Construction started in 2012 for the delivery of the housing under a design & build contract for Great Places Housing Group. The construction, handover and defect liability period completed in Sept 2014 and the scheme is now fully occupied.
